1. This machine is installed working pressure setting device which can be maintained the setting pressure often due to necessary.
2. Multiple work platens can be selected according to the material size, up to four work stations, ex: HC-100PA-3.
3. In order to speed up the in-out feeding time, a variety of inlet and outlet devices can be selected to reduce the human burden.

PA type: free rollers device; the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of free rollers bars with the strong springs, which lifts the material when the mold is opened and automatically sinks into the bottom platen when pressurized. It is suitable for the production of thick and thin materials with a bottom pallet. It can also be used for forward or side feed, ex: HC-100PA.

PB type: the fork holes of the forklift; the bottom platen is provided with the fork holes, and the forklift can be used for loading and unloading quickly. Suitable for thick boards’ production, ex: HC-100PB.

PC type: oil pressure lifting device; used with the forklift, automatically lifts after the mold is opened to facilitate the forklift to load and unload the material, and automatically sinks to the base after the loading is confirmed. It is suitable for all kinds of thick and thin boards’ production. Ex: HC-100PC.

PD type: driven belt device; the bottom platen is provided with the driven belt device, which can be used for in/ out feeding in the production line. Suitable for thick boards’ production, ex: HC-100PD-2-S.
