HP-300T- Hot Press

The hot presses are made by CHENG HUNG, are famous for their solidity, durability and high quality. The structures of these machines are welded together with high-strength steel beams and processed with great precision machines. The hydraulic cylinders are protected with solid chromate treatment and equipped with special oil seal protection to make them durable. Gears are equipped under the mechanical pressing platen to make the hydraulic cylinders move synchronously up and down and to evenly distribute the overall power on the pressing platen.

This is a perfect machine for compressing the surface of boards, which are timber and plywood; adhere to another, such as patterns, veneer, PU injection forming, foam forming, hot pressing for Bakelite, etc.

HMI & PLC Control System

The control panel is equipped with a 3-phase main power switch, emergency stop button, heating pump, timer, compressing button and unfolding button. The thermometer can be set according to the needed temperature. The manometer can be set at a needed pressure within safety range. When the pressure drops, the auto recovery device runs until the pressure reaches the expected pressure and then the motor stops automatically.

Solid Heating Board

The heating board is made of thick solid steel board, which are drilled a pipeline for circulating the hot-medium. The board can resistant heat up to 200℃ and pressure-resistant is up to 20kg/cm².
